Participates in India, in New Delhi and Lucknow, at the 15th International Conference of Chief Justices of the World. The conference is organized by City Montessori School (CMS) din Lucknow, the only education institution to be awarded the UNESCO Prize for Peace Education in 2002. As hononaray guest, delivers the main speech „It’s a Long Way to the RULE OF LAW. Experience of transition from dictatorship to democracy in Eastern Europe” during the plenary session of the conference, moderates round tables and has meetings with high representatives of justice and academic fields from India and worldwide.

Within the activities promoting the Levant Initiative for Global Peace organizes a meeting where are invited representatives of Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light from South Korea, Mr. Lee Man Hee, Ambassador of Peace, chairman of HCWPRL. Youngsters and students making internship stages at the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy in Berlin  showed great interest in this event.
